Electra is San Diego's tallest residential landmark. This Bosa Development, 43-story residential tower, on the corner of Kettner Blvd and Broadway not only connects you to a city's living history, but is set on a sparkling waterside location in Downtown San Diego's most sought after neighborhood. This project will also rehabilitate the existing SDG&E Station B power plant and the power plant will become lofts and town home units with a state-of-the-art 43-story luxury tower coming out of the center. Bosa Development donated commercial space along Broadway to SDSU Art Department to install an art gallery. Inside, Electra offers a sophisticated setting of traditional continental class featuring a social lounge, business center, private meeting room, gym, 24 hour concierge, pool, spa, sauna, steam room, BBQ, roof deck and outdoor fireplace lounge. This complex will largely contribute to the infrastructure growth of the Columbia District.
